Installation System
BRAVOTEK is a complete rainscreen system — panel, substructure and accessories from a single source. The ventilated cavity drives the chimney effect: cutting HVAC loads by 15–35% while protecting the structural wall from moisture and thermal bridging.
19 mm extruded porcelain — the rainscreen skin, 4-side rectified for tight open joints.
≥20 mm ventilated air gap enabling the chimney effect and pressure equalisation.
Aluminium rails & brackets — vertical/horizontal adjustment, thermally isolated from the wall.
Continuous rigid or mineral wool insulation — removes thermal bridges, stabilises envelope.
Concrete, masonry or steel stud substrate — protected from weather, moisture & temperature swing.

Sustainability
Manufactured in a closed-loop facility: 30,000 m² of photovoltaic generation delivers 40% of plant electricity, a closed-water circuit eliminates discharge, and 11% of unfired clay is recycled back into production.
Full LEED contribution sheet and EPD available on request — mapped to specific credits across EA, MR and IEQ categories.
